  • What I do

I help fathers and parents build deep connections with their children and families by deepening their connection with themselves. I believe all fathers and parents want to be the best version of themselves and truly want to show up for their children and families.

Oftentimes our own lived experiences and challenges are exactly what we need to learn from to become the best version of ourselves.

Let me support you in doing the reflective work to find those valuable lessons in your life.

    The Work WORKS!

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Identify Core Values

It all starts by identifying your own core values and what being a great father and parent looks like to you.

  • Reflect

Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you from being the father/parent you know your child(ren) deserve. You will learn to use reflective practice strategies to help learn from the patterns you identify. With expanding your reflective capacity you will have the tools to overcome challenges and obstacles in your way and be able to chose how you respond rather than react.

  • Daily Practice

The last step? You will learn how to continually refine your daily practice and use of reflective practice strategies to make sure you are aligned to your core values. Think of this as your new beginning.
