What I do
-
I support early childhood professionals, educators, and agencies in creating inclusive, reflective spaces where fathers feel seen, valued, and empowered to show up for their children. Through trauma-informed workshops and reflective practice facilitation, I help professionals build authentic relationships with the families they serve.
I also work directly with fathers through fatherhood reflective groups and one-on-one trauma-informed fatherhood coaching. Many fathers carry the weight of early experiences, which can make showing up fully for their children challenging. Together, we explore these barriers, reflect on patterns, and create new paths toward healing and connection.
I believe every father has the potential to be present, loving, and intentional. By uncovering valuable insights and embracing the healing process, fathers can break old cycles and build authentic relationships with their children.
Let’s work together to create environments where fathers feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to engage. The journey isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it – and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
About me
I’m a father deeply committed to helping other fathers and professionals create spaces where healing, connection, and growth are possible. As a trauma-informed workshop facilitator, fatherhood coach, and early childhood consultant, my work focuses on how early experiences shape the way fathers show up for their children. With a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through the complexities of parenting – from teaching preschool classrooms to empowering professionals in building secure, reflective relationships with parents and children.
But my journey didn’t start here. Raised on “tough love,” I was taught to suppress my emotions, making vulnerability and connection lifelong struggles. When my daughter was born, I realized that all the knowledge in the world couldn’t replace the need to connect with my authentic self.
To become the father I never had, I had to unpack my past, challenge old beliefs, and learn how to show up with love and presence. This journey of self-reflection and healing transformed not only how I parent but how I show up in my work.
Today, I offer trauma-informed workshops for early childhood professionals, fatherhood reflective groups, and one-on-one coaching for fathers ready to explore these challenges. My approach blends reflective practices, breathwork, and mindfulness to help fathers and professionals understand the barriers that get in the way of authentic connection.
Every day, I continue healing my own inner child, striving to embody the supportive, compassionate father I wish I had. I know the complexities of fatherhood and the challenges professionals face in engaging fathers meaningfully. My passion lies in helping fathers and those who serve them break old cycles and create spaces where everyone feels seen and valued.
If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to guide you.
The work works.
Lead with love, just breathe, and keep going.
